Check to make sure you extracted the full folder from the RAR file correctly, otherwise it could be your anti-virus or firewall that's causing this. You mentioned that you're receiving the “No such file or directory” error, so I'm guessing either the binaries folder is empty or doesn't even exist for you. I've downloaded the game & the crack zip myself from this page today & followed all the steps, & the game still works fine for me.

You can still install the latest version again by going to NVIDIA's website: Once you do that, you can install the version from the game folder. Go to "Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program" & find the version of PhysX that you have & uninstall it. My best guess would be that you have to uninstall the latest version of PhysX from your computer & then download the version from the redist folder.
